Presentation will take the form of a poster or a 15 min talk followed by a 5 min discussion. Of the submitted abstracts there will be a selection for oral presentation in one of the general topics. As encouragement of future scientific collaborations between the Institutes and groups each presentation (poster or talk) is supposed to include a short synopsis of the respective group’s research interests, as well as technical know-how, advisable 1 to 2 slides in oral presentations or one box on the poster.
Abstracts for presentations must be submitted before March 24, 2010.
From the submitted abstracts all Graduate Schools will select abstracts for oral presentation. You will be notified after approx. one week after registration deadline.
The size of the poster boards will accommodate A0 posters (1189 mm x 841 mm).
